Project Description

In 2010, Navrood was awarded another contract by IPMI to render the remaining civil works and U/G piping works in Area 7, to do the A/G piping works on the main pipe rack, to install the flares, and to install the flare area equipments.
Even though the onset of international sanctions had a profound impact on the delivery schedule of project’s main items such as pipes, flare area equipments, and the such, Navrood did all its efforts to deliver the project with minimum disruption and delay.

Scope Description

A/G piping over the main pipe rack and the flare area, installation of the flares and flare area equipments, remaining civil works and U/G piping works in Area 7 (main pipe rack area)

Scope of work

Excavation: 21,553 m3
Concrete pouring: 4,747 m3
Rebar: 390 ton
Installation of flare area equipment (including the burner equipment): 800 ton
A/G piping: 220,000 inch-dia
Pipe support (fabrication & installation): 500 ton
